Shipping Policy

At MyProMemories, we take pride in carefully packaging and promptly dispatching all orders. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery options, and other important shipping information.

1. Processing Time

All orders are handmade or printed to order. Our standard processing time is:

  • 1–3 working days for non-custom items
  • 3–5 working days for custom or personalised items

During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays via email.

2. Delivery Times & Services

We ship from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail, Evri, or other trusted couriers. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • UK Tracked Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • International Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by country)
  • International Tracked Shipping: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or postal service delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on qualifying UK orders (if applicable)
  • Affordable flat-rate options for domestic and international orders

4. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

5. Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is provided for all tracked shipping methods. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking, your order was likely shipped with a standard (non-tracked) method.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays can happen. An order will only be considered lost if:

  • UK orders have not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch
  • International orders have not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch

If your order hasn't arrived within the above timeframes, please contact us and we will investigate or offer a resolution.
